Sagem Unlock Code Problem

To PS, i have tried to unlock a sagem vs4 and after been trying for a long time could finally make go though the whole process, but after the software showed GETTING CODE FROM SERVER, it freezed there and no code were displayed, however a credit was deducted, i said to myself, this is no problem i have READ CODE(S) option for this, after selecting it the response was NO CODE FOUND and in code history it does not appears, what i need to know is where is the code? if there was some mistake then i need the credit back to try again.

Same happens to me about 1 week ago, never gave me the unlock code and take me out 1 credit for nothing, finally I did it with other tool, please MicroBox Team...give us a real answer.

What happen here, no porduct supporter to answer simple question? is it to difficult to check where did the code go on server? i've been waiting for two days now, this is incredible, i haven't had an aswer through sonork nether in this forum, WHERE AND WHEN CAN I GET MY CODE OR CREDITS BACK...

it's simple....MicroBox has HOT Updates, but the Support and stand alone solution (flashing / repairing ) is the worst!!! Everyone knows that!!!!

After waitng for 3 days now i decided to try using my last credit, now phone is ok but support is bad, two credits for a phone when everything could have been easily solved, at least i dont have more credits to spend, luck to all...
