What a after sales support from microbox team after 30 hrs no help

no response of the problems good keep it up.

We sow your post and we are working to repair this bug. Until then use an older version like 2.0.1.5 (download it from support)

v2.0.1.5 does not work it shows communication port error (on windows 7 64 bit. run as administrator).

Then select proper port I gave you a video tutorial for it. Is it hard to do like in it ?

Reconnect the box and after that plug the rj45 cable in it.

Retry step by step with bigger versions 2.0.1.6 .. 2.0.1.7 etc.
