Samsung galaxy alpha g850f unlocks ok but still locked [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi

Just unlocked a samsung g850f three times with microbox a.i.o and the samsung edition too and the unlock process goes 100% but the phone still remains locked to the old network.

phone is rooted with cf-root.

with latest version of microbox still unlocks fine in software but phone is still locked

have reflashed the phone on 5.0.2 and tried unlock using temproot within newest microbox it is failing and asks for me to manually unlock and only cf-root works to root this phones as vroot/iroot and kingo root does not work for 5.0.2.

what is the reason for this?

as other users are having same issue here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f447...-lock-1952117/

Please advise as i have waiting client and need to unlock 3 of these.

Ok, we have thinked more to other model like S6/S6 Edge and other Add-on

Now our developer ceck where's the problem, hope of solve this as soon possible

It has already been 6 months since this problem was reported by other user and still there is no fix, when will this problem actually be fixed.

I only reactive my microbox this month after 1 year as i show the new updates looked good but this box is still unreliable for simple unlock.

When will this issue be resolved as we are paying annual support for this box and expect all solution released to work perfectly.

problem was been solved but with New Update are been Add most important things for users request and will be a problem with only this model, we can do nothing of speed for it, if can wait good otherwise try to unlock this by other way.

We cannot leave all other work for turn back in one model only, when will be possible our developer for sure work also in this, so please not push more, if have any claim of do, please contact our P.Manager via email, pm itc...ant to talk with him directly.

Please NOT open other Same thread about this model, we will be work in this model, when all is solved we post here.
