Samsung galaxy s2 19100 imei repair problem gets changed to 004999010640000[Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi Microbox Team,

I have a problem with repairing imei of i9100 and i9100p below is the log pls can you have a look because when i do the imei repair the imei gets changed to 004999010640000 pls can you help urgently

What was the original state of yhis phone before repair imei?

this was is a new galaxy s2 only 2 weeks old and has nothing wrong with it, we had a customer who brought one in with imei 0000000000000000 and we tried repairing it but it always got changed to 004999010640000 so we could't repair it for the customer and so we now have one in our hand to practice on and it is the same problem with this one too but the phone is brand new never used by anyone but us so if you can help me change this it will be great so we know how to repair future phones

Probably EFS Zone is damaged and for that you can't do anything with Micro-Box yet.
