samsung galaxy s3 mini error ?

I have micro dongle installed on windows xp when i unlock samsung galaxy s3 i get always error any solutions?

I follow *#7284# guide but same error.

Micro dongle doesnt have uart connection so its only via usb installed drivers correctly as usual . My pc detects com port ok .But micro dongle shows error while unlocking

For use this direct unlock , you need use one COMport box , is by UART ( real one ) , not by USB cable

So this phone can not be unlocked with micro dongle

Then its not same as microbox as it says everywhere its same features and same working same activations .
