I cannot do direct unlock for some reason.

Hi,

Change your USB, don't plug the phone in USB HUB, install first original drivers (kies) then force install Android drivers from support again and Unlock it.

even after buying the code it still in freeze mode so i think direct unlock or downgrade needed

Why do you buy code if Micro-Box give you now unlock code and freeze code? It seems you are lazy to folow a small procedure. It's your choice. And by the way if you downgrade it will work also the Direct Unlock option.

I m not able to downgrade it coz I don't want headache of lengthy procedure and google

Nothing is mention on ur forum about downgrading every thing is on xda developers site I know risk at your own self so I never want to give demage to others money ifu people are so much help full then why don't u post these procedurs on your support site in samsung folders and files can be put over there fir downloads coz I sick using the mediafire and rapidshare also magaupload

If u got some guts on that prepair a link for unlockable media link if person is not able to unlock the set after completing the procedure the link appear in end to read the FAQs about the selected model u can do this if u want

Also I want to add a screen shot button in the program so every person can use it for taking the screen shot and post it to forum

About I9000 even after buying the code I m not able to unlock that set it's not a big task but I m sure I do what ever I can do to save theoney of the customer and don't even risking his set for single second and loss came in my side I will manage it my self nothing to worry about that

Plz introduce screen shot and help link if error accured request from my side
