Samsung software problem [Answered] - GSM-Forum

I can open the samsung software but cannot unlock any model,what may be the cause?urgent,thanks.

Here is the log

5:52:50 > ACTIVATING TEST MODE: ERROR!
15:52:50 > SAMSUNG E310 UNLOCK: END!

Advice please.

This is only one log, don't make general from particular;

Connect the phone to computer with datacable. It should be recognized by computer.
If not it's hardware problem and is not Micro-Box problem.

Please post the entire unlock log proccess so we can see what happen you cannot just post the error and end for us to figure this out we need the whole unlock log for this model
