Member: 16943 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35 | samsung x600 unlock problem i have gone to unlock one x600 and is imposible. here is the log: 14:33:26 > VERSION MICRO-BOX A.I.O. V1.0.6.0 14:33:27 > SAMSUNG X600 READ CODES: START! 14:34:27 > WAITING FOR TAT MODE: ERROR(3)! 14:34:28 > SAMSUNG X600 READ CODES: END! i plug the e700 rj45 cable, press read unlock codes and when the soft tell me, waiting for tat mode, i press power button one second and after a moment i have the error. can anybody helps me? thanks |

Member: 234503 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1584481 Thanks Meter: 41 | try these methods one of them will work 1- just put the cable with phone power off and make unlock 2- phone is on cable in phone and press unlock and wait for soft to change phone mode to TAT mode But Im sure that you have a probleme in the phone itself  look here :http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/6327175-post1.html you just tried to unlock it with another tool and it fails  so its the phone probleme |
