I select samsung Z240e, box read IMEI..info, and

SENDING DATA TO SERVER: OK
WAITING FOR SERVER: ERROR(TRY AGAIN)
DISCONNECTING FROM SERVER OK
SAMSUNG Z240E UNLOCK: END

please any solution (I have not UST)

You can't unlock this phone (version) with micro-box or UST Pro2 or NS Pro. Need Easy-Unlocker.

Bcoz I faced same problem with an Z240. Micro, UST, NS pro could not unlock that phone. But Easy-Unlocker worked.

You can take a look here m8 http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=554283 and you 'll see that z240 is not supported by microbox, only z240e and it is a different platform than z240

From who did you bought your credit m8? Credit activation is done by resselers instantly from their resseler panel so they don't need our confirmation for logs activation.

No m8 there isn't such rule, microbox comes without log but some resseler can make you an offer for 10 logs with new box at low price. For me i give in my new promotion 4 free logs as a gift but you didn't bought from me. You bought your box from dubai, so your resseler is not obliged to give you 10 free logs.
