Dongle activation [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

I bought my dongle activation from gsmserver, and recieved an email confirming my activatio but up to now still my dongle shows dongle support expired 2015/1/7 please team help,,,,what could be the problem

For support extending you dont need buy activation, you need buy 1 or 2 year of support.
If you buy support. not activation, sometimes after the confirmation email was received activation of support takes several hours.

Please Post what type of dongle you have, serial send in Pm and specific Activaction you have buyed in gsmserver.

Our Server is active 24/7 if there's some hours of delay is only becouse you has buyed in other site and need the time of to be cecked.
