Hi i have a Sony ST27i try to dowload a firmware but got an error

12:29:29 - FlashDownload: Cannot retrieve CDA/countr data for model ST27i
need help :):):):):):)

Answer you have clear write.

Firmware you want download is wrong for you device.

Post always Full Log and Full Details.
