I mean that when I push support on the software , it tries to connect to the site but it stays like that . It doesn't enter .

Could not connect to remote server

And this is when I try "software update" :

16:39:04 > CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE: START!
16:39:25 > GET VERSION FROM WEB: ERROR!
16:39:25 > CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE: END!

Try setting Firefox or Google Chrome as dafault browser
