why i cant unlock any model with my box?
Please help

i need informations

i have 2 microbox
1 is only actived full but support expired
1 news but not actived softwares

if i renew every Micro-Box for 2 years support i can use all news software 2 years ?

can you please check why box is not activated, bought 1 year support and MEP 0 activation..
