Hello, i hav a problem with reading unlock codes. I get error 1011!.

In devicemanager I see a yellow sign next to micro-box secure modem. I already installed drivers.

Please help!

I dont understand what micro box secure modem you see in device manager.
For read codes of this phone you must enter it in ,,emergency mode" by pressing volume down and with volume down pressed enter the usb cable in the phone,let the windows to install the drivers and when AIO see the phone corectlly instaled the read unlock codes button will be activated and you can press it to obtain your codes.
If phone drivers are not corectlly instaled you must search and install another drivers.
