in what mode has the phone te be connected?
normal mode whit or whitout sim
downloadmode
or Qualcom mode??
please help,
i cannot connect the phone
cables are good, i unlocked U700 and G800 whit the cable

phone has to be in normal mode m8, show us your log to see where is the problem

You have to use E210 combo(RJ45+USB), connect usb part to computer usb and rj45 part to microbox port.

for sure i have the combo cable
and connect usb to usb port on computer
and rj 45 t microbox
and i installed the drivers

you mean latest module 1.10.8.1? i can confirme that it works smoothly with fw69 but

READING IMEI:                  ERROR 1003!

it means that microbox port is not detecting the phone on rj45 port, begin by restarting your computer and power off and on again your phone. If the problem remain check your cable from RJ45 side, ERROR 1003 occures when there is serial (RJ45) communication problem.

Hi had a tough time updating it and then after update i am getting this message when i am trying to unlock it..

I have used the right usb driver (given by microbox)

not working for me too but with ns pro succefully unlocked,may be is a problem between soft and mobile but the combo cable is working good with other phones.
