Select ZTE GX760 and calculate code by IMEI. If you do it by cable, Mini USB UART is used.

on my vodafone 553 i have a mini 5 pin connector not 10 pin as shown on your picture

Then use Alcatel S210 cable from Micro-Box if you don't have pins in both parts of USB, or simply try with a pinfinder.
