samsung l760v unlock problem[ANSWERED]


hi
when i try to unlock this phone, a lot of time in calculating please wait and after that i have the error.
here is the log:

Hi,

Repeat after fee time also your cable must be good (combo cable) .

if you see the log, you can se the cable is good because it detect the phone and give me the information about it, connect with the server, the server accept the access and at the end i have server timeout because i have not answer from the server.
then the cable is not the problem

hi
i take two days triying to unlock one old samsung, i have try in the night, in the morning, in the evening, yesterday 02:00 o'clock and allways the same problem.
is the old same story, there is a lot of phones, lg and samsung that is imposible to unlock, i waste money in the box and after that in the lg activation and when i go to unlock samsung or lg, me and a lot of people have problems to unlock.
that's is the reason i don't waste money in sagem, htc, blackberry etc. activations. is better to by another box.
don't worry the phone is unlocked with polarbox.

I suggest to try full e2p reset of the phone with *2767*3855# and try again after if you dont try it yet.

no thank you, explain this you to my customer :
i have bought a box with lg activation ( a little of money) for save the phone data, make a eprom reset, upload the data to the phone and try to unlock it without success because the box server is very bussy and here you have your phone locked like you bring to me last saturday, you have spend four days but you not must pay to me because i can lose my time without gain money with microbox and if you take the phone to the front shop, they have polarbox and in several seconds you have your phone unlocked.
please explain this to my customer and if he understand you, then i'm happy.
