Question what is error 1002?


hi i need to read code .4 vdf 527 and my411x i get this >> LOADING APPLICATION: ERROR 1002!
can someone tell me wat is this mean plz

You have to use another interface to boot the phone, i mean, another serial port, if you are using micro-box rj45 port then use another box as rj45 port, i have tried several boxes and found that setool box (at least mine) works perfect, all other boxes i tried gave this error with the same phone, so, interface problem, luck

so why i use another box with rj45 . not microbox?

Sagem phones are very difficult to boot, as i said, that's why micro box interface sometimes can't be use with these phones and you need to use another box. Luck

Better to Use Prolific Cable... These phones have problem with connectivity...
