What is F480 procedure? First try with Microbox - GSM-Forum

This is my first attempt with Microbox.

I have connected F480 to Microbox and E210 combo cable but the phone is not detected. Does the USB lead have to be plugged in anywhere?

Is there a manual anywhere?

I haven’t received confirmation email. Does it matter?

After you receive your confirmation email you have to download latest software and then update your box firmware, then install samsung cdma drivers, and make sure you set your phone's connection mode to PC Studio in menu, after all these steps you should be able to unlock your phone. Luck

I downloaded PC Studio (it took about 1 hour) and tried again:

SAMSUNG F480 UNLOCK: START!
SEARCHING FOR PHONE: FOUND!
READING IMEI: OK!

READING FIRMWARE INFO: OK!
CONNECTING TO SERVER: OK!
ASKING SERVER FOR ACCESS: NOT ACCEPTED! (PLEASE USE LAST SOFTWARE VERSION!)
DISCONNECTING FROM SERVER: OK!
SAMSUNG F480 UNLOCK: END!

I still haven't received conformation email.

The solution is there m8, use last version, you can check it here http:///vbb/showthread.php?t=483193
For confirmation email, try to login with your user/pass, sometimes the email is redirected to spam folder by your mail provider.

try with 00000000 as standard password, if not work then reset your phone with *2767*3855#

Thank you all, very helpful. I entered 00000000 and cleared the PIN numbers. Phone is ready for customer.

Logs not needed for this phone. Have you activated box and unlocked any phones yet?

If yes, just make sure you have the latest version of the software and follow the instructions.
