I understand very well , but it`s not fair to say your 45 credit is gone , anyway will search for other tool , if you want to keep your customer you may restore this credit or converted with some exchange rate , let`s say 5 free for 1 unlock log , or even for customers with more than 40 credit activate free alcatel

How cannot be fair

you had this in your hand almost 2 years

and now when you see this tool making all alcatels with all pid maybe there are world first from them who knows ... but you need again your free credits

you had them from 26/08/2009.

And by the way it's so high price for alcatel activation 49 euro ? Or use 0.5 credit from your box / phone.

they want good support , we give it .. , you can go to other tools like you say ..

the FREE credit was gift from me , until finish the Alcatel update .. this update we have pospone so many times ... but now is online and active , so , no more interesse for this

also , now you can unlock unlimited of TMN / ZTE / Huawei free and standalone , this is the compensation we made for that Free credit
