Wrong Code Alcatel 1042X [SOLVED]

Hello everyone, my Micro-Box is giving me wrong unlock codes for this model. I'm using MicroBoxAlcatel_V1.0.2.0_FINAL. I've checked both the provider ID (2CVDPT1) and IMEI and they are correct so I don't know what's wrong.

I tried this model before with the old version of the software and it was working. When can we expect for this issue to be solved?

Thank you in advance,
Matzuu

The codes seem correct - NCK Box returns the same codes. Use all 10 digits for this phone. However you should try using SECRO as Vodafone PT uses 3 different ones.

Hi,

I've tried both the 8 digit code and the 10 digit one, both don't work. As for SECRO, Micro-Box does not have the option to input that code, only IMEI and Provider ID.

I used the code *#837# and the phone does not have one starting with X. Can you tell me what SECRO's Vodafone PT uses?

Thanks.

Codes is 100% Correct. If you don't have counter Blocked. Hard Reset Phone and Put NCK: 3107771177 You unlock Phone. That Phone have this SECRO X2C3DFG1 but you don't need SECRO. Code is correct.
You have another good option for put NCK code: Type: *#*#3646633#*#* ( Engineering Menu) in this Menu you have one option (SIM Lock) Open and put code. Phone is Free.
Regards

I've tried the command [#]+[POWER] to hard reset (the phones asks me if I want to format, is that the same thing?). I also tried the commands *#*#3646633#*#* and ###765*08# but i don't get any menu. The code still doesn't work.

The software also tells me to try to clear eMMC with the command [VOL DOWN]+[POWER] but the phone doesn't have a VOL Down key.

Thanks,
Matzuu

clear eMMC is for other phones, is a general message for all IMEI alcatels in software. Your PID is not supported for the moment. We are working on that.

Ok, I will be waiting for news. It's strange because I have unlocked this model before with the same PID. Btw, I have phones with both PIDs - 2CVDPT1 and 2BVDPT1. Thanks for the support
