6133 After Writing RPL now contact service

hello to all,
i have 6133 with config key ffffffffffffffffff then i purchazed rpl after writing rpl now set is in contact service ,i used jaf for this
please help

What is your account username and what is rpl file name in www.rpl.bz ?

i have tried these steps

full flash
write rpl
do sx4
write modified pm
do sx4

now contact service removed but still config key ffffffffffffffff
please help what to do

my user name @ ******************x is arafay
and my ask file name is 355536010251480.ask

Here is forum for support all customers in www.rpl.bz and there is not such file name in our server.
Please contact them for support.

thanks very much for reply mr. manole . as u suggest i visited to ******************************x but they said rpl is ok.
my broblem is now only config key fffffffffffffffffffffff
i have tried each and every option which i know to recover this problem but in vain please help ,what i have tried......

1)EraseBB5.8MBrap,16mbrap,32mbrap(apply all three rap)
2)Downgrade with lowest version (Full Flash)
3)write purchazed RPL
4)SX4 auth
5)write modified PM
6)SX4 auth

after these steps the problem was still config key ffffffffffffffff

then i upgrade (full flash) and do all above five steps then also same problem
pleas help what to do??????????????????

Try use mtbox for write ur RPL.
