hi... kindly check my ask request sir... i sent the request last night around 8pm and up to now i dont have my RPL yet..

here is my info

username: bb5rpl01071

its strange coz this is the only ASK file i requested that took so long.. normally its just few minutes or maximum of two to three hours....

please check it..

Hi,

We have same problems.
Some ASK files are calculated in a minute, but some files are calculated with big delay by Nokia server, some times this RPL coming over night.
I hope this situation will not be for long time.

Reasons can be :
Read with wrong software.
Make sure you read with BB5 Reader and upload ask files.
If u make this steps already and still problem persists then let us know what model is it.

hi,mr.Viru? i have an older flasher box which is name:twister flasher non hwk but now i use with hwk killer so that it's support for bb5 phones model,is it work for writing new bb5_rpl if i order rpl files from your server?,im affraid if ask_file are corrupt.thanks

You need to use JAF or MT box.

u say i 'll get my acount back
and u don't say to me to upload ask of the same phone again
my client take the phone cause of long time and i give it to hime cause u say u will resend me the account
i don't get useful of the corupted rpl file by error of ur calculation
and i need now to reget my rpl plz

i have one question ..... im customer in this service and in the last night i send ask file read by bb5logger but when it added to (www.rpl.bz) it is name is shown

(351862013895550.ASK.ask) !!!!!!!!!!!! i need known is this file will accepted ??? if not how i can get my credit ??

I have 6131 after writing RPL still configkey :FFFFFFFFF
I did what you sain in this link What's wrong with the server ?????? but still the same.

I attached The ask file and rpl you calculated so please check again because i'm in trouble
