i write rpl with jaf now contact the retailer
after i flash upgrade & downgrade problem not solved
plese give me good idea for repair my phone

follow these steps

1. erase flash
2. write flash using downgrade mode
3. use sx4 service
4. write a good PM

thats all

PS. make sure ur phone shows test mode on step 3 & 4
