This is BB5 ask to rpl service.
Those type of files are useful to repair many different type of faults in the BB5 phones.

To list a few:
- Corrupted IMEI Certificate
- Corrupted Sim locks (Contact Retailer)
- Phone switches off after 3 minutes (secure WD reset)
- Blocked phone unlock counter

Common symptoms to show corrupted data:
- Contact Retailer( ST_SECURITY_TEST failed, SIM_LOCKS_TEST failed)
- IMEI number shown as default: 123456789012345
- Switch off after 3 seconds, missing or invalid NPC certificate will cause reset of the RAP3 WD
- Not working Transmiter/Receiver or Not Charging (those could be caused by faulty HW also!)


You will need to read an .ask file with NEW LOGGER.

Please make sure the format of the file is imei.ask, where imei is 15 digits.
If you don't follow this naming convention, you will not be able to upload files to our server, specially if files have same name.
If your ask file is not read it correctly, our server will not be able to calculate RPL file and credit will be returned to your account.

After uploading your file ASK to your account in www.rpl.bz, our server will process the uploaded .ask file and will generate a RPL file to your registered account.

Please note that RPL file will be named with real IMEI of the phone, and can be different IMEI from the one you read it on the back side of your mobile and named your ASK file.

Our server processing time can be from few minutes to few hours.
Please note that Saturday and Sunday service is possible to have delays.

Those type of files can not unlock a locked phone !
