plz , i have nokia N91 imei 123456789?
after write RPL , imei not changed and PHONE START UP FAILER CON....
plz how to solve this problem

I have 3250 need rpl service, but when i received rpl from you i wrote it to phone. And now my phone say "PHONE STARTUP FAIL..."
Please help me. Or give me detail here: How to write rpl file to phone after full erase.

Pu t with Mt-box with Seven pin cables if after that same then Bad Rpl

I read ask file with BB5_reader.exe via DKU2 cable and write rpl file with JAF box.

yes all this details is correct
but my problem is in N91 , after write RPL , imei not changed and phone ask CONTACTE RETAILER

after you write rpl to your phone get contac retailer or phone start up failed
not because rpl
solutions:
1.sx4 auth ( phone must be can LOCAL MODE or TEST MODE)
2.write pm from 0-309(but u must deleted/remove/modifiyed inside pm secsions 308 all)
3.flash again with the latest firmware
may be can help u both

first time the phone have IMEI 12345610654321? and after write rpl name 353633010220367 imei not changed always 12345610654321?

no friend , i use BB5 reader
and i write rpl by MTBOX
i calculate almost 40 rpl all done
just this one , i have problem with it
