HOW DO I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM? MOST OF THE NOKIA I GET HAVE THIS PROBLEM. HOW DO I SOLVE THIS PROBBLEMS. THANKS

read ASK and request or buy for RPL data to restore sp data to unlock phone coz if not phone will be barred forever.

In Some cases you need to ASK for RPL!That is around a 20EUR per one RPL!
