| Box Not Detectec Supuestamente ya me activaron la Box, puedo entrar al soporte bajar las actualizaciones, abrir el Alcatel_Vle5_Vle6_C64_Service_Software_v1.5 tambien el Alcatel_Philips_OHX_63x_Service_Software_v1.8, pero al tratar de abri el ALCATEL SERVICE SOFTWARE me dice box not detected y la luz esta en verde, he probado en varias maquinas y sique igual. Gracias |

| En cada maquina que lo intestaste bajaste el sofware de nuevo, o solamente lo copiastes de una maquina a otra? | Box no detected Desde ya gracias por tu respuesta, en una maquina e desinstalado el antivirus he puesto a bajar de nuevo el soft, la diferencia es que al desinstalar el antivirus me ha bajada una nuevo soft que sirve para habilitar el FBUS o MBUS, ese soft tambien me detecta perfectamente la box pero igual sigo con el problema del ALCATEL SERVICE MODULE que no me detecta la Box, tiene algo que ver porque en la parte de abajo donde dice Activado a no figura ningun nombre lo raro es que ya tengo acceso al soporte. Gracias. |

| Box not detected Reinstale varias veces y en varias maquinas y no funciona, a lo mejor ya es un problema de la box, pero lo raro es que con los otros soft, funciona y detecta perfectamente hasta los telefonos, he hecho un C550 y varios VL5 series sin problemas, gracias por tu ayuda. I reinstall drivers and not working. i thinK is a box problem. Is very rare the other software open without problem. I unlock C550 and variuos VL5 series. Thank for you help. Sorry for my english. |
