mr support please i need solution to this problem
Checking hardware
Error: Box not detected
the drivers is ok. reinstall and install the sof again and the problem is not solved please help

Usb replaces the cable (Short and good quality), and if the problem persists disconnected and connect the box. Until only the green light lit.
I pass all the time in the same fix as well
