unlock mandarina duck, wrong imei error - GSM-Forum

This is the first mandarina i get for unlock and i tried the code reader but it gives "wrong imei" in the software.

phone is connected in "COM" mode.

What can be the problem here ?

tries to form in the menu of the telephone in the way usb.
(menu-conexiones- mode usb)

Phone usb port only shows in COM mode and when i try to read codes i get "wrong imei" message.

Is this unlock procedure the correct one ?
