Wont Connect OT-E101..Tried with two cables provided by FMA box?what could be the problem?

i got the same problem with e101a and e201a from movistar central america

is just cable problem, cable must fit completly in phone connector, try adjust your cable by cuting little border for can fit well and try

its not a cable problem i got 6 cables and try with all and nothing

I removed housing and place the cable correctly but still wont connect

this morning i wake up and try just in case and phones now are unlock it thanks fma clip
