i9505 4.3 Unlock & IMEI Knox 0x0 SUCCESS

Hi

Just thought I would share my success on unlocking and IMEI repairing a I9505 with Android 4.3 , and KNOX SECURITY ACTIVE.

For those with S4 LTE with KNOX who want to safely unlock/Imei repair without invalidating warranty, I used the following firmware

I9505XXUEMJ7 (UART/*#9090# set to UART)

Method - SPT

Repair EFS - USB
Factory Mode - UART

Having issues with 3G/4G (never getting H or H+)I did a "Hardware ID" repair using UART, and now its picking up data fine too. [3G Repair failed - said unsupported hardware]

I hope this helps those stuck with 4.3 KNOX security handset, beware -ROOT/Downgrade etc will trigger KNOX Security invalid, and you cannot reset it FULL STOP [eFuse chip - not even with JTAG].

My KNOX counter is unaffected from this process.

It is not true that it is an eFuse.

You may search in XDA and a lot of ppl got their phones back from samsung service the counter of knox was fixed from 0x1 to 0x0.

This is the case when the board goes dead and samsung replaces the board which is the common repair for most service centres

tested and working my phone was dead by ota update so i repair boot by riff after that flashing by 4.3 firmware but the imei became /01 now my phone working fine thanx also wifi and sound

Updated with this Firm I9505XXUEMJ7 however did not repair IMEI.
