i have s3 i9300 samsung logo only and with product code im using spt and micro usb
try to reset efs and flash
Detect Phone Connect ...
Connect Phone OK.
Get PIT for Mapping ...
Sending Sboot Data ...
Get Complete Ack Failure !
Total Time: 61.87 s

can you try flash with odin?

same problem fail with odin maybe emmc problem

are you sure is not i9308 or other chinese phone version?
