Your seller can active your box instant then if want fast contact with him.

where to get user.in file ,i can t find it plz .explain to me ,am new

Install box, install last setup v13.3.6, try run 2 times spt.exe and after you will got user.ini in spt directory. In windows 7 need run spt.exe with admin right and spt software need install outside program files.

I've tried to reseller, I have to tell yourself use.ini file via email to support@sptbox.com

Then he lie you this emial not working more then 1 year. Search forum for correct one and you will need wait 7 days to activation if you select so bad seller that not have time to active you box instant.

until now in this moment like the box and I still can not be used, I have sent the file to the user since it started Thursday support@sptbox.com dated 8 March 2012 via email (rozhal@yahoo.co.id)

You send to emial that not work more then 1 year then normal that you not get answer. Search forum for correct emial address and send again user.ini file.
I will never more write witch emial becouse I answered about this more then 100x time witch emial is correct and now will never more do this.

according to the instructions of the reseller:

just download the setup and install if your card is not activate when u try its open sw will blink and create a user.ini under C: \ program files \ SPT send this to download and install the setup if you do not activate the card when u try to open the sw it will blink and make user.ini under C: \ program files \ SPT send this support@sptbox.com and wait you turn activaton

I have used before spt box 1 year up to now and the first box activasinya just one day can be used, and this second box that I use, but why up to one week can not be activated.
