Connect Phone OK.
Reading Product ID ...
Product ID: B1CAE5382A
SCROM Version: PNX6516 Ver 0303
Chipset Version: 3B11
Transfer Boot Data...
Boot OK.
Reopen USB Port Failure !
Total Time: 20.84 s

with both model b3410 & b3410n sure with usb cable

Then you install bad drivers not from spt box directory and only this drivers work correct with spt software.

i got the problem when i press 5 8 then insert cable dfu driver work for only 5 sec then disappear

Maybe sometimes this happen when you keep 5,8 keys pressed after phone got detected.

You have another choice, try flash the phone with original flasher to know if the problem comes from a bug in spt software,phone driver, or phone hardware fault.

you cand find b3410 flasher&flash files @ tsar3000
