hi, alot and alot of users suffer from that can not solve ...box driver while box suppoter just keep sleeping and give us fake solution ... i buy this box to make my job easier not make me angery...i am sorry to buy this box...

hi sir , sorry for my hard word but really i suffer form this problem, i can not use the benifit and the advantages of this good box,.. i know that your work is hard and difficult i repect all people effort , i know that dealing with mobiles is not easy as people though,...good luck for all supporter who lighting our road thanks

1. Uninstall latest Drivers (via Control Panel)

2. Try to install older Drivers version:

3. If problem still exist:
- download http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...UsbView_w2k.7z
- make a screenshot (sample picture is inside archive) or tell me idVendor and idProduct

hi, i try to uninstall and re-install but get no luck ,i use the last option and these data i get

idVendor: 0x058F (Alcor Micro, Inc.)
idProduct: 0x9540

Its a data of you Card-reader device but not a data of your FT232 box.
Find another device that is located near your Card-Reader

Yes, its your box, but I afraid itd damaged or have a problem with configuration. idProduct: 0x0000 - its wrong value.

What to do:

1. try to reset your box eprom to defaut value: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f296...82/index3.html

OR

2. Contact to your reseller for replacement

you are right my box is dead it is not found by mprog.... by the way thanks alot for your effort, so i have to buy now the box+smart card or just buy the box only and from where...thanks man

You need only box/cable.

If you have any other box - Infinity, Vygis or any other Unibox - you can use it and you do not need to buy new box.
