F480 unlock? - GSM-Forum

I try many times can not unlock fone.
-use rj45+usb(e210) cable in set box.
-select comport (sptbox) speed 115200
-select unlock.
-click factory.
Software show can not detect comport why?
I think spt can nopt support f480 for unlock.
If can it explan to unlock pls.
