Failed to unlock S7350 via Qulcomm mode.

Qualcomm modem not found. why?

You need select too LOCAL UNLOCK and select com port not modem. bye

Procedure is following.

1. Connect phone in qualcomm mode then press rescan port
2. Spt Will Find A Port
3. Then Replug Phone
4. Rescan Port Again
5. Now Will have 2 Qualcomm port same time and will work unlock and imei

yes sir that was the my procedure.

not only twice but more i unplug & replug usb, still only one Qualcomm usb port found.
Qualcomm Modem port not appear on port settings.

what ver qualcomm driver your install?

For S7350 I think you need install quallcomm driver 2.0.3.9

try this

C:\Program Files\SPT\Driver\Samsung Qualcomm MSM7200A HS USB Driver

this error mean phone have problem need flash with boot file then try again
