same problem tried 4 different computers and 3 with windows 7 and one with xp

If you really installed Smart-Card drivers and still unable to read box S/N with 4 different PC I suggest you to contact to your Reseller due to it may be a problem with box or with Smart-Card.

Anyway, if you redy to continue to get it working I suggest you to post here DeviceManager screenshots from your 4 different PC.

yes i think box is damaged 5 different people also helped me with team viewer they could not get it to work

uninstall all and check maybe these drivers can help you.

i have been trying to install spt drivers for the past 4 days on different computers this was just a last resort
