Cant reset efs with spt on s5mini for super imei nothing happens when i click reset efs button. Need help, thx

How did you try to reset Default EFS..?By Download Mode.?if not than Get in Download Mode on Device and press rescan,chose correct port And Reset Default efs.

t is kitkat, latest official. Yes, i reset from download mode, but box just says 0.0s and nothing happens, all other phones working good and when i pick another model and put g800f its starting to reset. Think its some bug with software or not supported ?? Dont have other boxes for samsung, so maybe someone knows how to reset without box or have clean efs ? Has reset g900f at the same time, without restart software. Dont know exactly witch kitkat, but gonna look later. Think its 444 Tried reset from *#9090# like n910 but nothing happens
