this solution for Turkish an world wide

note : you must have 2 3rd party tools
SPT V 1988
Z3x V 21 pro

{Z3X}
- type *#0808# select DM-MODEM-ADB
- Reset MSL

{SPT}
-select i9060i model
-write imei 2 "any imei" only

attention :
do not reset EFS for any reason
do not change imei 1
you will get imei 1 pass and imei 2 fail
it's normal don't worry network will come fast

after you process everything works fine except the wifi network that keeps me connected but could help solve this serious problem?

+if wifi not work
-download root explorer
-grant supersu
-mount as R/W
-open EFS folder
-delete wifi folder
-restart your phone
