How to unlock GT-S3850 already support but no instruction and no highlight in SPT-MODE..

Any Clear idea sir ?

There's no available file in spt support

Need clear answer..

Try to make direct unlock, if it can't help

full flash (03 firmwares are available on the support, search s3850) to prepare the phone

later the usual method as described in the soft

Maybe you're not joking i already do what you say,and there's no file on support..
If you see flash file can you give me screenshot maybe im blind to see the FILE

I already had gotten JV + JP On my PC

so he is show you screenshot its mean you blind or dont know how to use search button at support area ?

if u write boot with mark reset msl and later without reset msl now need connect phone powered to usb and select modem port then mark unlock and imei press factory mode or can use uart cable with select box port
