I tried still does not work. Right now i have the IMEI repair via superimei, then i have the phone rooted via towelroot, then i put it into MODEM mode with *#7286#, then i put it into DM + MODEM + ADB with *#8080#, then i plug the phone directly into the computer and choose the appropriate COM port, then i choose n900t click 3g service repair. It goes to Waiting to enter test mode, and the SPT program freezes up and goes into not responding.

that's the problem you're selecting *#7284# and conecting the phone via usb to the comp, there are 2 ways to do it, if you select *#7284# + 0808 DM....thats for UART cable with BOX COM port, if you going to do with USB just do 0808 and DM....and select the proper usb COM port

Can anyone confirm that super IMEI is being blocked, and on which carriers has this happened?

I am interested in repairing the IMEI on my T-Mobile Note 3, but if it's just going to be blocked, I won't bother.

You need to use an IMEI+CERT. I personally wouldn't use a super IMEI. I've had network issues with them.
