Sptteam does not support cert or qcn . We add in next few year ..
We don't know what is cert or qcn we learn then add it...

@wbgsm sir does ur dongle or box support cdma phone cert??????

Lmao. The i747 is the S3. As far as I know the S3 doesn't use cert files. If you don't know what to ask for do some research and don't take out your frustrations on me.

I know EXACTLY what a cert is. I sell them

Sorry, it seems we got off on the wrong foot. Let me start over.

As far as I know the only (AT&T and T-Mobile) phones that use cert files are the phones newer than the S4.

can i solve imei certi fail with efs backup from other phone..

if i restore some1 else efs on my phone ... does it work

I am not so nice with stupid questions. If you do not know that s3's do not require certs you are in the wrong business and this year is going to be rough on you!!
