Help me out team to activate mine box


hello
I bought a spt activation for ust pro box all goes ok but when i start to activate mine box it show error that your account has suspended.
please sort out this.

Hello,

It looks like your UST Smart-Card is damaged and can not be updated any more.
Try once again right now.
If you will see a message about "Damaged Smart-Card Keys" or like that - this means that your UST can not be updated any more (new Activtion is not possible for this Card) and you should contact to your Reseller to get MONEY REFUND !

please clear me regarding issue
is it a problem from server end or mine card is damaged ???
As i facing same error and message from software which i already paste in my first post.
like your account is suspended etc.

Hello,

Its not a server problem, in most cases such kind of server reply means that your Smart-Card is damaged (card keys is damaged) and Card can not be UPDATED any more (but old fetaure that is already inside Card works well in this situation).

Some info is here (its about Infinity, but its the same theory for any Box/Card):

What to do now:
Try to update your UST card once again now and paste text from DongleManager here.

Bad luck, your UST Smart-Card is damaged.
My advice: contact to your reseller to discuss this problem and get refund.
