Hi spt members.
HERE THE PROCEDURE TO HOW TO ENTER SUPPORT SITE IN SPT BOX 2

1:click goto support area wait for sec interrnet explorer is auto open..

2op up block ur pages internet explorer disabled ur anti virus ...
3:dont closed ur web pages for spt site just refresh it wait for secs web pages is now open to support site spt box supprt area...

pls help me guys a ihave a new spt box i installed already the driver bbut still no luck
ist say , always say smartcard resoures manager is not running
pls help to solve this

Try reinstall smart card driver

D500 flash file we havent on support so old phone and no have phone for test flashing if without test want add it we have not take any risk
