My Problem Solved.

STEP1
RESET EFS BY BST Dongle (after reset phone unknow baseband)
WIFI Working good

STEP2
Try Unlock By Octopus ( Phone back to Locked )
IMEI Back to factory 0049xxxxxxxxxxx

STEP3
Repair NETWORK By Octopus ( After repair imei 000000000000000 )
Wifi and network working good and eveything ok.
