how to get hold of the spt box for te 1st time

hello people
im really hoping you guys can get me going with this ting
i recently installed spt and z3x boxes
my main target is just to be able to change imei of all samsun devices
escially the latest ones like the S series from 3 to 6+
i got hang of unlocking s4 and s5 and s4mini but the rest im failing to as the reset efs and cant seem to find the com on many of them

i would really appriecate if you guys can help me get through all this

I want to believe is something about your drivers. I've never seen those phones in Dominican Republic but if I get one for unlock I'll make some test.
