Then, open SuperSU app and disable Knox (there is a popup that ask if you want to try to disable knox).

Now, open SPT Software, connect phone in Download mode to pc with normal microusb cable and do a Reset EFS from software.

have that problem imei super spt are librs in Colombia but never goes signal the phone support team try to make root and nothing low cfroot and always gets stuck with odin and stays in flash mode
