before flash my sph-w3300 is 100% work.i need remove lock user code by flash.
i flash samsung sph-w3300 with spt-box , after view minute spt-software is hang , i wait untill 35minute spt-box software still hang.
i close software and remove baterai ,re insert baterai phone is dead.
how to repair dead sph-w3300 by spt-box?
spt-team please help me...

if software hung u must restart software but dont deattach battery coz its will kill phone must know this samsung use more phone boot procedure and if remove battery its can kill phone then need special hardware for repair (JTAG)

what file you use?if hang restart software but dont disconnect usb cable and battery..!!if dead boot only jtag can repair..!!

need details/step by step repair with jtag.

first you need jtag hardware then can read out dump file from good phone and write dead phone

before buy jtag, need screen short or log tested repair w3300 wrong boot loader.

ehmm.... i have this phone type come with same problem ( phone lock problem ), lucky to me show this post..... coz i think i want buy the sptbox, but sptbox still can't unlock phone code, may be in next update sptbox can do that? iff yes, i willy like to buy sptbox ..

can u show me which samsung box give jtag with box free ? or which samsung box make all phone without any problem ??? dont be lamer !! if have any problem just write like professional then wait answer or solution!!!

please sir u are right but try to understand him because maybe customer is putting fire under him to refund his phone.
